These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Depositvapsi, the seller and operator of the DepositVapsi service at depositvapsi.com (the "Service"). DepositVapsi is the trading name of Depositvapsi, which operates from India. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms.
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at support@depositvapsi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid subscription plans. New accounts may include a time-limited free trial with full premium access and no card required; unless you purchase a plan, the account moves to the free plan when the trial ends. Feature availability, including inspection limits and AI features, depends on your plan.
Current prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes calculated by Paddle. We may change prices for future billing periods; changes are notified in advance and never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) using your saved payment method, until cancelled. Renewal invoices are issued by Paddle.
You can cancel at any time from your account page or via the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free plan.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). Paddle manages taxes, payment processing, invoices and refunds. Billing, tax, renewal and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, notes, signatures and reports you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, hash and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — including generating reports and sharing acknowledgement links you choose to send. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to capture and share the property evidence you upload.
Depositvapsi and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including its software, models, templates, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan. No other rights are granted.
The Service uses automated and AI-assisted analysis to detect possible damage and draft dispute or demand letters. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, are generated from the evidence you supply, and are not legal, professional or property advice. You are responsible for reviewing every output before relying on or sending it. We may filter, restrict or refuse outputs that appear unlawful or abusive.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome in a deposit dispute. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify Depositvapsi against claims arising from Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends, and we will provide a reasonable window to export Your Content before deletion where practical.
If something goes wrong, contact support@depositvapsi.com first — we aim to resolve complaints informally within 1 business day. Billing and refund disputes are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts identified below.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
