Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Depositvapsi, trading as DepositVapsi, wants you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

2. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or through the Paddle billing portal linked in your invoice email. Cancelling stops all future renewals immediately; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Your inspections and reports remain available on the free plan subject to its limits.

3. Refund requests

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

• Visit paddle.net, look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund; or
• Email support@depositvapsi.com with your order details and we will arrange it for you.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Limited back to your original payment method, and Paddle also handles the related tax adjustment and credit note.

6. Expected response times

• We acknowledge refund requests within 1 business day.
• Approved refunds are submitted to Paddle within 2 business days.
• Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
